رد مصدر قضائي عبر “نداء الوطن” على ما نُشر من كتاب موجه إلى مجلس القضاء الأعلى من قبل وكلاء هانيبال معمر القذافي، فسأل: أليس مجرد التوجه للمجلس استقدامًا للتدخل في عمل القضاء؟
وتابع المصدر: في أرقى دول العالم هذا التصرف غير مقبول بأي وجه من الوجوه، سواء أكان وجهًا أجنبيًا أو وطنيًا، ويفترض به قراءة النصوص القانونية جيدًا.
